Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Abai Inn staff were exceptionally kind, friendly and very helpful during my stay. The first room I was given had a problem with the air conditioning and I was immediately provided with a new room. Housekeeping was excellent and reception desk staff always available to answer questions. It was a good location, with nearby restaurants, coffeeshops and within walking distance to my work destination. Laundry service was fast.

Negative: Breakfast was very good quality, but maybe could have a little more variety of choices.

Summary: I will definitely recommend Abai Inn to colleagues staying in Taraz, and plan to stay here again.
