Summary: overall, probably the best hotel in Almaty. I’ve been staying there for three years now, the condition of the hotel has deteriorated. The things they do for certain guests is bothered to others. They have a beautiful fountain in front, it’s grand only when certain guests are present. Every year the quality is going down. But would still return. The swimming pool staff try to rush you out by the end of the day, Take away your robe, slippers etc while you are still there during working hours, very rude and unprofessional
