Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Room was clean with basic necessities. Food was good. Breakfast was fine if you arrived early. Bar area served a good variety of evening meals and service was very good. Staff were excellent especially Rufina and Zhanna who welcomed you on arrival.

Negative: You had to ask to replace water on the room which you might expect as per of the service when cleaning. Not much choice for breakfast if You came later and didn’t seem to be cooking more of the hot meals. Tv channels were poor for English speaking visitors.

Summary: Stay was good overall and room was cleaned well everyday. Food was good and staff were very helpful.
